Our salon is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
Reserving your appointment with us requires a credit card on file. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for a 24 hour notice. If you are unable to let us know 24 hours in advance , the card on file will be charged 50% of the service reserved. No show no calls will be charged 100% of service reserved. We respect your time as well. If our service provider must cancel in less that 24 hours your rescheduled appointment will be discounted.
Repeat Offenses: Multiple last minute cancellations may result in PREPAYMENT status, where services will be required to be paid in full prior to booking and non refundable. these are only transferable if the service provider must reschedule.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to the recipient. All gift certificates expire a year from date of purchase
